Your message will then be emailed and mailed to the intended recipients.
Superintendent office personnel will be printing the messages for inclusion in the board packages mailed to the Board members' homes each Friday, and in doing so will access and see the message contents. Privacy from Administration awareness is not guaranteed via this form. If the submitter does not wish the Administration to have content access, the submitter needs to drop a sealed envelope with the message contents at the Admin offices so that the sealed envelope can be included in the Board member's packet without Administration content access.
